Acuputure might help. I had a set of thoughts, emotional words and feelings of "not being good enough" stuck in my lower back at the time of the accident.

I had a back pain for 40 years. I hurt my back while working with my dad. I've found that energy blockages are hiding under all pain, back pain, headaches, depression, sickness, i.e. I didn’t get an instant healing, but finding out the cause was many years. Now the back pain is 99% gone!
